Smothered Potato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium baking potatoes
2 skinless, deboned chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Wrap potatoes in foil without oil.
Bake potatoes in oven for 2 to 3 hours at 350\u00b0 or until done.
Chop chicken into 1/2 inch cubes, more or less.
Stir-fry chicken in nonstick pan with sprinkling of salt.
Do not use any oil or nonstick spray.
(It will work, I promise you.)
Dilute soup with 1/2 can water and heat as usual.
When potatoes are done take them out and roll until soften, before unwrapping.
Then remove foil and break potatoes open, scatter chicken on potatoes and cover with soup.
