Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
flour, salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 c. water
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Dust chops with flour.
Brown chops in drippings.
Drain any excess fat.
Combine and cook vinegar, sugars, soy sauce and salt to a thin syrup.
Add onion, carrots, green pepper and 2 cups water.
Pour sauce over chops.
Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour or until tender.
You can serve chops and sauce over rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
