Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    3 c. milk
    9 raw eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    3 slices stale bread, broken into small pieces
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine and mix together all the ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight. (Good for Christmas Eve.)
    Set out casserole at room temperature 1 hour before baking.
    (I don't always do this.)
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until firm and brown.
