Egg Substitute - cooking recipe

1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

This is equal to 1 egg.
Can be used in cookies or cakes and is especially good if you only have to replace part of the eggs needed (you have 2 eggs and need 4, for example).
This will not work in all recipes.
