Molded Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry or raspberry Jell-O
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cranberry orange relish
    1 can (8 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
    1 tart apple, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over gelatin in bowl and stir until dissolved.
    Add relish, pineapple (with syrup), apple, celery and nuts.
    Stir until relish is thawed.
    Pour into 4 cup mold or 6 to 8 individual molds.
    Chill overnight or until firm.
    Serves 6 to 8.
