Honey Bran Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    6 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. sugar or 1/2 c. honey
    2 c. table bran
    1 1/2 c. quick oats
    1/2 c. wheat germ bread
    approximately 17 c. white bread flour
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 1/2 cups warm water, 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast in small bowl.
    Mix 6 cups water, salt, oil and 1 cup sugar or honey in large 13-quart bowl.
    Add yeast, table bran, oats, wheat germ and 5 cups flour.
    Let set 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add rest of flour until right consistency and let rise.
    Shape in loaves and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 8 large loaves.
