Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes
    2 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut each red potato into quarters. Place potatoes in large roasting pan with oil and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
    Roast potatoes 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
