Light And Easy Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cooked
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into pieces
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    8 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake chicken breasts 30 minutes. Steam broccoli
    just
    until
    it
    turns
    bright
    green.
    Bring chicken broth to a boil in a saucepan.
    Dissolve cornstarch in cold
    milk, then
    slowly
    add
    to
    chicken broth.
    Stir until mixture reaches
    a
    boil.
    Stir
    in
    yogurt and curry powder. Place broccoli and chicken in baking dish and cover with curry mixture. Top
    with grated cheese and bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.
