Honey And Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            4 chicken pieces
 
1/2 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. clear honey
2 - 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Preparation
- 
                            Heat margarine in frying pan and brown chicken on all sides. Transfer to a lidded casserole.
 
Boil honey, lemon juice and rosemary in the frying pan for a few minutes and then pour over the chicken.
Cover the casserole and cook in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
