Baked Grits, Cheese And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. savory salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 to 1 lb. sausage
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Fry small pieces of sausage and drain thoroughly.
    Stir grits gradually into 6 cups boiling water; cook until thickened.
    Beat eggs until thickened; beat in seasonings.
