Ingredients

1 lb. Oreos, crushed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Put most of the crushed Oreos in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Reserve some for top.
Mix cream cheese and margarine until smooth.
Mix in the Cool Whip.
Mix in pudding and milk.
Pour mixture over crushed Oreos.
Add reserved Oreos to the top.
