Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium round steak (about 2 lb.)
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Broil steak until medium rare, about 7 to 8 minutes on each side.
    Cool lightly, slice into 1-inch strips.
    In a large skillet, saute onion and pepper in the butter or oleo.
    Add steak strips, stir in gravy mix, water and soy sauce.
    Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
