Italian Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh fish
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1 handful chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped red pepper
    1 can Italian style stewed tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    Spritz oregano
Preparation
    Saute all vegetables about 10 minutes over medium heat. Add stewed
    tomatoes.
    Sprinkle
    oregano.
    Cook
    25
    minutes. Don't stir.
    Add fish
    (any
    kind)
    on top of stewed tomatoes. Cover and cook 5 to
    10 minutes until fish is white and flaky. Use spatula and flip over onto a plate.
    Serves 6.
