Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium size tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste
    1/2 tsp. black pepper or to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasonings
    1/2 to 1 tsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sharp cheese
Preparation
    Scald tomatoes to remove skins and cut into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange in large, glass baking dish.
    Mix next 8 ingredients together and sprinkle over tomatoes.
    Top with shredded cheese and butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
