Baked Pears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. sugar (white)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
pinch of salt
2 large cans pears, drained
Preparation

Place pears in baking dish.
Combine all other ingredients in saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is clear and thick.
Spread sauce over pears and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
