Mexican Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    1 lb ground beef
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 T chili powder
    2 c shredded cheese
    1 c cooked regular rice
    1 1/2 c water
    2 t salt
    3/4 c Pace picante sauce
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Add water, tomato sauce, salt, chili powder, Picante Sauce and rice.
    Heat to boiling and cover. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Spoon 1/2 of mixture in 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese and bacon.
    Add remaining meat mixture and top with cheese and brown.
    Bake at 450 F for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
    You can microwave this meal also.
