Christmas Waldorf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
    1 c. chopped unpeeled apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix gelatine, sugar and water and stir well.
    Add cranberry juice.
    Chill until partially congealed.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into mold and chill.
