Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans refried beans
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    2 medium size jars salsa (Picante), drained if watery
    16 oz. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. mayo
    1 packet dry taco seasoning
    1 large pkg. shredded cheese (mix of Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
    1 small pkg. just shredded Cheddar
    1 tomato, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    scallions, chopped (enough for topping)
Preparation
    Combine 2/3 sour cream, mayo and dry taco seasoning; set aside.
    Layer, ingredient by ingredient, in 13 x 9-inch oblong pan refried beans, ground beef, salsa, small package of Cheddar, 1/3 sour cream, mayo mixture, rest of cheese, tomato, pepper and scallions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
