Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boned
2 eggs
salt to taste
seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 lb. American cheese
medium size can mushrooms
small can chicken broth
Preparation

Put chicken pieces in beaten eggs seasoned with salt.
Marinate overnight.
Coat chicken with seasoned bread crumbs.
Brown chicken in margarine.
Arrange chicken in casserole in layers.
On each layer, put strips of cheese and mushrooms.
Add chicken broth enough to cover.
Cover casserole first half hour, remove and finish baking until broth is almost dissolved at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
