Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 medium, chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. grated Velveeta cheese (2 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Top with 2 cups of corn flakes or crumbled Ritz crackers, soaked in 1/2 cup melted butter.
