Beet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. beets, cooked
2 c. sugar
4 c. vinegar

Preparation

Cook beets and peel.
Heat vinegar, sugar and 2 cups water. Heat to boiling.
Add beets; bring to a boil.
Pack in clean jars and seal.
