Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. meat cure (Morton Quick Cure)
Preparation
    Mix well and divide in half.
    Makes 2 rolls.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Remove from foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not bake any longer than time specified.
