Creamy Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, stir gelatine into 1/2 cup pineapple juice; stir over low heat until gelatine is dissolved. Pour into large bowl; stir in remaining juice. Chill until syrupy. Stir in marshmallows, sweetened condensed milk, pineapple, celery and shredded carrots. Pour into 2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
