Texas Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. vinegar (distilled)
2 c. flour (plain)
4 lb. sugar
1 small jar mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 c. black pepper
1/4 c. chili powder
1 (18 oz.) bottle catsup
1/2 c. salt
1 lb. Crisco shortening
Preparation

Add water to tone down the vinegar. Cook about 30 minutes. Can be sealed in jars.
