Fruit And Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. mustard
    1 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Pour half of mixture over chicken pieces.
    Bake 1 hour (or a little more) at 350\u00b0.
    After first half hour, baste with remaining sauce.
    The last 5 minutes, top with small can of pineapple chunks, small can of mandarin oranges and a dozen cherries.
    Sufficient for 2 chickens.
