Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chopped zucchini
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. Herd croutons
    3/4 c. grated carrot
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until tender.
    Drain. Set aside.
    Saute carrots, onions, pepper in butter until done.
    Mix together with zucchini in greased 9 x 13 dish.
    In small bowl mix sour cream, soup and cheese, combine with zucchini mixture.
    Stir in croutons. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
