Peanut Butter Meringues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chunky peanut butter
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until fluffy.
    Add sugar gradually and beat until mixture will hold firm peaks.
    Fold in vanilla and peanut butter very gently until barely mixed.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls (be sure to have some meringue and peanut butter in each) on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cool on baking sheet 1 minute.
    Remove to rack and cool thoroughly.
