Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, large
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic
    2 finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. oil
    pinch of oregano, salt, pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms, remove stems.
    Chop stems finely and saute with onions, garlic, margarine until liquid evaporates.
    In a bowl, combine cooked mixture with bread crumbs, cheese, oil, parsley, and oregano, salt and pepper.
    Stuff mushrooms with mixture using last tablespoon oil to brush on top of stuffed mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
