Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sharp or extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) box Mueller's Redi-Cut macaroni
    1 stick margarine
    2 1/2 to 3 large cans evaporated milk
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in large pot of salted water until tender, stirring occasionally. Drain. Add margarine and cheese to hot macaroni in the pot, reserving 1 cup cheese for topping. Add milk and cook on low heat until cheese is melted. Stir as needed. Break eggs into a bowl and beat until blended. Add to hot ingredients and stir until well blended. Mixture should be very soft. Add milk, if needed. Add small amount of salt and pepper. Pour into 4-quart Pyrex dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake approximately 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
