Creole Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
6 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 c. chili sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
Cook and stir onion and green pepper in margarine in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until tender.
Stir in yogurt, chili sauce and mustard.
Heat, stirring constantly, just until hot.
Add noodles and toss until coated with yogurt mixture.
