Chinese Crunch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head nappa cabbage
5 to 6 green onions, chopped
4 Tbsp. butter
2 pkg. Ramen noodles
1/2 small bottle sesame seed
4 oz. slivered almonds
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice cabbage very thin and toss with onions.
Melt butter. Crush Ramen noodles.
Add noodles, sesame seed and almonds to melted butter.
Brown, then cool.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Toss all ingredients together.
