White Butter Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter (preferably unsalted, at room temperature)
    1/4 c. whole milk
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a bowl or food processor, beat butter, milk and half the powdered sugar until smooth.
    Stir in remaining sugar and the vanilla and beat until creamy (about 3 minutes with a spoon or hand held electric beater or about 30 seconds in food processor). If too stiff, add a few additional drops of milk.
