Pork Tenderloin Towers - cooking recipe

pork tenderloin
slices of onion
slices of tomato
bacon
Preparation

Slice pork tenderloin and flatten slices to 1/2-inch thick. Place in baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place thick slice of onion, thick slice of tomato and two half slices of bacon on each piece of pork tenderloin.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered.
(If you wish bacon crisp, place pan under broiler for a few minutes.)
