Viki Vogt'S Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump or Pikes Peak roast
    2 bottles oily Italian dressing
    garlic cloves or powder
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    3 green peppers, sliced into strips
Preparation
    Marinate roast in oily Italian dressing after studding the roast with garlic cloves or powder.
    Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
