Coffee Egg Nog Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (32 oz.) cans Borden egg nog, chilled
    1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. dry instant coffee
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. coffee liqueur (optional)
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) Borden whipping cream
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    additional ground cinnamon
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, combine egg nog, brown sugar, coffee and cinnamon; beat on low speed until sugar and coffee are dissolved. Stir in coffee, liqueur and bourbon (if desired); chill.
    In small mixer bowl, beat cream with confectioners sugar and vanilla until stiff.
    Pour egg nog into punch bowl; top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
