Sausage Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smoked sausage
5 large potatoes, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions
2 c. beef broth
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook potatoes, celery and onions until soft.
Cut sausage into bite-size pieces.
Add to potatoes.
Add water to make consistency of soup desired.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
