Steak - N - Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. jar beef gravy
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    3 medium round steaks
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. flour
    seasoned salt to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Heat oil in large skillet.
    Poke steak all over with a fork on both sides.
    Combine 1 cup of flour, seasoned salt, pepper and salt.
    Dip steak into flour mixture and put in hot oil.
    Fry until brown on each side.
    Pour a thin layer of gravy into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add meat.
    Slice potatoes into wedges and put over meat.
    Pour rest of gravy onto potatoes.
    If needed, add some water so potatoes are almost covered with gravy.
    Cover with foil and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
