Honey Cream Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cut carrots in 2-inch strips.
    Cook them in salt water and drain.
    Melt butter and add ginger.
    Add carrots, honey and sour cream.
    Cook over low heat, stirring gently until carrots are heated through.
    Then fold in almonds.
