Onion Flower - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion (Vidalia)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper

Preparation

Cut onion from top into 8 wedges with onion opening, but remaining together.
Place bouillon cube and butter into center of onion.
Place in microwavable bowl.
Microwave for 2 minutes.
