Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    29 oz. tomato sauce
    2 lb. hamburger (brown with onions)
    3 oz. tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    garlic salt to taste
    lasagna noodles
    2 to 3 cheeses and Mozzarella (Colby, Cheddar, Swiss, Brick or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients except the noodles and cheeses and simmer 30 minutes.
    Cook 9 noodles according to package directions. Layer 3 noodles, sauce and cheese; 3 noodles, sauce and cheese; 3 noodles, sauce and Mozzarella.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
    Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
