Glazed Country-Style Pork Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork spareribs
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Arrange ribs in 3-quart (13 x 9-inch) glass baking dish.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave for 15 minutes on Roast.
    Drain off fat. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; mix well and pour over ribs.
    Re-cover and continue cooking for 35 or 40 minutes on Roast or until fork-tender.
    Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
