Neapolitan Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    Parmesan cheese
    parsley
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1 pkg. noodles Italiano or noodles Romanoff
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Brown the beef.
    Add pepper, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach.
    Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add uncooked noodles and sauce.
    Pour over all into the casserole dish; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Before serving, garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
    May be prepared ahead of time and frozen.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
