Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1 small can chopped green chilies, drained
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 large tomato, chopped
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mash avocados to a smooth pulp.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
    Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups, about 25 calories per tablespoon.
