Viola'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. corn oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla. Blend well.
Bake in 3 (9-inch) pans at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes or until done (toothpick placed in center should come out dry).
