Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (3 large)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan with shortening.
    Mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs in large bowl.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake until wooden pick inserted in center of bread comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes, then loosen sides of loaf from pan and remove from pan. Let cool completely before slicing.
    Makes 1 loaf.
