Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1/2 c. butter
1 onion, chopped
2/3 c. flour
4 c. milk
2 cans chicken broth
1/2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 Tbsp. white pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

                            Melt butter in large pan.
Add chopped onion; cook until tender.
Add flour; whisk.
Cook 1 minute on low heat, stirring. Add milk and chicken broth; cook on medium heat, stirring until thickened.
Add cheese and seasonings, stirring until cheese has melted.
Add broccoli; reduce heat and cook until broccoli is tender (about 30 minutes).
Do not boil.
