Oriental Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 large can tuna, water packed
    1 box frozen peas
    1 1/2 c. celery, sliced thin
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 can Chinese noodles
    1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Either cook and cool peas or empty the box of frozen peas onto a towel to absorb moisture as they defrost.
    Mix tuna, celery, onion and water chestnuts to mayonnaise, along with thawed peas.
    (Peas should be thawed some to avoid excess water in the finished salad.)
