My Mother-In-Law'S Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 x 1/2 beef strips (good cut)
    onions
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. wine
    1 small can sour cream
Preparation
    Dip beef in flour.
    Saute in onions and mushrooms until brown. Add 1 can beef consomme and wine.
    Simmer until tender.
    Add sour cream.
    Serve over rice or egg noodles.
