Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients. Bake in greased oblong pan at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
