Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine sugar and sour cream.
    Cook over low heat.
    Stir until soft ball stage (240\u00b0).
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla. Stir until
    only
    medium
    warm.\tAdd pecans. Stir well coating each pecan
    half.
    Place
    pecans
    individually on waxed paper. Yield: 6 cups.
